Didymus Mutasa and Temba Mliswa have been expelled from Zanu PF.
Party spokesman Simon Khaya Moyo said by-elections would be held in Headlands and Hurungwe West to replace the sacked MPs.
The expulsions were ordered by president Robert Mugabe’s wife Grace Mugabe, who wants to clear the way for herself to succeed the dictator as party leader and national president.
Mutasa has rejected as unlawful the December party congress that elevated Grace Mugabe to politburo secretary for women’s affairs.
